QM in process industry

Can anyone tell me how to create a PI sheet for result recording. Is there any study material for QM part in process industry. I did some testing in c202 and was able to create recipe but in co53, i am inable to ssee my PI sheet after my process order is released.

Plz guide me as I am a fresher in process industry.
