Hi, I'm a beginner with XI and I have as problem with an interface.

This interface is a file-to-RFC scenario an it was working correctly a few days ago. Suddenly, the interface doesn´t work and we haven´t error message in sxi_monitor transaction. The queues are fine and we haven´t any sign that why the interface doesn´t work.

If someone´s had a similar problem and know how to solve it or someone can teld me a clue, please, help me!!

Thank you

HI,

First check is there any error in the Runtime Work Bench.

Goto RWB->Message monitoring->Disply -> Start

Now Are you finding any errors in the messages.

If you find then select radio button and click on details then you find the error details.

Hi,

Check the file communication channel whether it has any error and also check whether the channel is active. In Integration directory check the communication channel whether proper values has been specified eg. directory, file name etc.

I haven´t error in sxi_monitor. Is like the interface doesn´t begin when I put the file in the right directory. I've checked that interface is configured with te correct directory.

HI,

You can monitor the Communication Channel in RWB.

Go Component Monitoring in Runtimework Bench and click on Adapter Engine and select the Communicaiton Channel and select your channel name.

You can find any whether it is in active or not?

Also check the Message monitoring in RWB.

Check the File adapter Parameters

File Name and Directory to be polled.

If your parameters are correct, then check the File Adapter in Communication Channel Monitoring...you can find the Audit Log over thr.

"Conversion of file content to XML failed at position 0: java.lang.Exception: ERROR converting document line no. 3411 according to structure 'REGISTRO':java.lang.Exception: Consistency error: field(s) missing - specify 'lastFieldsOptional' parameter to allow this"
