ST06 No data collection

In STO6 , under pool I am getting the message "wait to ineligible" and "active to ineligible" and the system is not collecting data in the active server for last 30 days even SAPOSCOL is running properly.

I would appreciate all your help and suggestion.

In the meantime I've found the problem with the active->wait etc. transitions in ST06 and documented and fixed it through SAP Note 1275800. It should be available in English language soon.

I would suggest to open an SAP ticket for that. Even with the latest version of SAPOSCOL (Version 10 Sep 2008), I always see 0 for active -> wait for the base pool, and that does not look right. The other values (active -> ineligible and wait -> ineligible) are expected to be 0 on a well tuned system. If they are > 0, increase the activity level in the pool where the system is running in. You can compare the values with the output of the operating system command WRKSYSSTS (use F11 to show the transitions and F5 to refresh the values).
