VPN response time increase & sessions disconnection.

Hi all,

All our users are connecting to production system through VPN from different locations & each ping from user to PRD server is taking approx 130 to 150 milliseconds.

If the ping time goes more than 600 milliseconds the sessions are getting disconnected for users

Can i make sap system to recognize more than 1 second delay through VPN , so that i would be able to save the sessions.

This is an operating system configuration, not an application issue. The TCP/IP stack on the OS resets the connection, not the SAP system.
