Hi All,

What is the difference between Valuating & accepting the UD & non valuating & still accepting the UD.

In the latter case the Stock movements takes plave but the system refers that UD has not been done.

Please advice.

Hi Vivek,

In the first case u stock posting completed after giving UD code and in second case stock posting done without giving UD code.While making the UD giving UD code and Stock posting were activities and they are independent.Stockposting in UD is possible without giving UD code because in some cases(due to urgency - may not wait till complete UD) we need to use the materials .i.e., partial posting will be done.
