Notification On New message created

Hi gurus,

Is it possble to have an email notification whenever a new message have been created for the SOLMAN service desk. If it is possible, can anyone guide me on doing this.

Hi,

to recieve a mail on "new message created" use the ppf. not the pfac_respo.

a doku how to work with it.

The document is written in german, but i think you will find the screenshots helpful.

The only thing I do not know is how to customize the subject of the email. I like to read there the priority, the message number and so on - maybe someone can help me....

Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

It requires z development. After you create ticket in satellite system it goes to solman. Now maintain user or reported by location in building field(Trans. type SU01)

Write a program which will check the location of user and will trigger the mail to the respective mail id maintained in the Z table. While defining action for "Created" status don't click on partner dependant. For more details inspire by rewarding.
