In WE20 partner profile

Hello SD Gurus,

In WE20 first i am selecting the partner,in outbound paramtrs we have the message type DESADV.If we double click on the the DESADV idoc it will go to message control there is field called Change.

What is the use of the Change field?

If we flag the change how it will help us?

If we dont flag the change how it will help us?

In WE20 --> Select the partner & in out bound paramaters where will you find change?

I dont find change in WE20 message types.
