Automatic Usage Decision

Dears

I am using transaction QA10 for automatic usage decision.

When i fill in the required parameters and run the program, system is not finding the inspection lot. It is saying no entries found.

However i am manually able to do the usage decision for the same lot.

Any pointers on this issue?

Dear Tom,

Please check the following paramaters

1) Check whether all the Mics have been completely processed

2) You are inputting the correct UD catalogs

Hi ,

Just check in the QM view of material that automatic UD tick is there or not & inspection lot is satisfying the below conditions.

The inspection lots must meet the following conditions:

All characteristics have been completed

None of the characteristics have been rejected

No defects have been recorded, or quality notifications created

The waiting time set in Customizing must have elapsed.(for waiting time check the plant level setting if it has been elapsed only then system pick the lot for auto UD).

I can see waiting time in hrs and waiting time in minutes. If both of them are filled with different values how does the system behave?

Dear Tom,

The total of hours and minutes is calculated for the delay time. For eg if you put 25 hrs and 60 mins the total delay time will be 1560mins. The total delay time is shown in the plant level setting.
