company logo

Hi,

I want the company logo to appear on the right hand partition of the easy access screen....

Can anybody help me in doing this.

FROM EASY ACCESS SCREEN PRESS CONTOROLSHIFTF8

U WILL GET DETAILS.

ELSE USE SMW0 SELECT "BINARY DATAFOR WEB RFC APPLICATIONS"

GIVE PACKAGE AS "$TMP" PRESSS F8

THEN IN THE SCREEN " SAP WEB REPOSITORY" SELECT OBJ NAME FROM U R DESKTOP" BY PRESSING "IMPORT" BUTTON.

NEXT GOTO TCODE SM30 AND ENTER THE TABLE NAME "SSM_CUST"

SELECT MAINTAIN

AT START_IMAGE ENTER U R IMAGE NAME

Hi Prasanth,

I followed the steps but still I am not able to get the image i want although previous image has been replaced and now the space is blank with no image.

let me inform you that i am trying this out on the IDES.

I just followed the same as mentioned in link

provided in earlier post, and I attached my Company Logo to my Client.

Note: I think, the image your are attcahing, isn't in .gif format.

Open your image with "Paint" and Save it as .gif file type.

Secondly, either save the variant as new request or Own Request (while creating Obj. type in SMW0)

It must work.

hi,

When i go back to binary data for webrfc applications and try to create what happens is that after i import i get a message that the object can be created in sap package.. and when i enter the package as sap i get an error message that the package sap does not exist..

--> Transaction code - SMW0

X - Binary data for WebRFC application

Hit Enter, Execute

Click Settings -> Maintain MIME types --> Create button

Fill in :- TYPE : image/gif EXTENSION : .GIF --> Save

Click Back to the Binary data for WebRFC --> Create

Fill in :- Obj. name : ZXXXX.GIF Description :

Company Logo

Click Import and specify the filename where your

GIF file is

located.File type is BIN. Finish press the

Transfer button.

If successful, your logo will be shown in the

Binary data for

WebRFC.

Transaction code SM30 - Table/View - SSM_CUST

Click Maintain

Click New Entries

Name Value to be set

START_IMAGE ZXXXX.GIF

RESIZE_IMAGE NO

Logoff and Login again

You can upload your company logo through the series of steps.

tcode :SMW0 is used to do that.check the process in the given link
