Dear all,
While I am creating an order with reference to an another order (both same order type), I am getting following error:
"Ship-to-party 198765 not defined for the sales area DSSD PT NU" (though the division NU is different from the division in the first order)
On pressing enter, the other error comes as follows :
"Flow control: Entry SAPMV45B, RANG, R1, * , * , * is missing in T185"
Plz guide

Sapshed

Dear all,
I am getting the error here:
VA01-->Enter Order type
Create with reference>Enter order no.>Copy
No other field is being entered.
Press enter
A popup comes which shows the first error.
The SH is not defined for this sales area.
But what i want to know is that why it is mentioning the sales area in the popup error which has nothing to do with the first sales order. (the divisions are different)

Please read the answers Above.
It appears the Sales Area is different for the existing order (your reference Order) and for the new order (which you are creating with Reference to an existing order). Try to give the Sales Area of the existing order and then create with reference
Else
Extend the Ship to to New Order's Sales Area and then try again.

Dear Shed,
If your errot is not solved till now, please check the Division in the Material Master (there is a possibility, that some one might have changed it). If it varies from the Sales Area you are using to create the sales order, this error comes.
The solution is to change the Division in the Material Master.
Hope it helps.

Siva
Hi there,
Sales doc type is OK. But is the sales area of both the orders same?
Like you mentioned in your mail division NU is different from the original sales order.
Customer Master data should be extended to the sales area. 1st Check if DSSD / PT / NU is defined as a sales area.
Then check if the customer is extended to that sales area in VD03.

Sivanand

Either you extend the SH to the new sales area or you can go for common master data in t.code VOR1 and VOR2.
