DTR fails to start with I/O error

Hi,

Our DTR based on UNIX (HP-UX11i & Oracle) is failing to start with the following error messages:

I have restarted the J2EE engine many time but same error keeps coming up. The CBS, SLD, CMS ...etc and other components are all functioning fine.

I have looked into the SAP note no. 774339 but nothing useful in there.

Has anyone experienced this error before and how have they fixed it.

Did you also restart the DTR application as the error suggests? You can do this in the Visual Administrator, using the Deploy service.

Hi,

Yes already tries the restart using Visual Administrator as well but no luck, same error comes up and DTR is still inactive.

What's the SP level of your NWDI installation?
