what is the latest AFS version.AFS 6.0 or 6.3?

Most of the companies implement on 6 version., 6.3 yet to release.

i had one more doubt..is it like AFS6.0 goes with ECC6.0 and AFS5.0 goes with ECC5.0 ?

I mean an upgrade in ECC requires upgrade in AFS addon too?

Yes.In SAP AFS., Categories., influence the entire SupplyChain and Logistics.

Hi, Pavan., SAP AFS 5.0 based on SAP ERP 2005 and SAP AFS 6.0Version is based on SAP ERP 6.O

In 6 Version some new concepts present like Interface to SAP Global Trade Services, QM enablement,Production Order BAPI., etc present.
