Notifications options are grayed out!!!

Dear Expert,

When I follow the path : QA11----> Menu---> Inspection processing -

---

> Notification --- > worklist/create/change/display.

The options worklist/create/change/display are grayed out.

Hi ,

May be authorization issue.After runing QA11 check the transaction SU53 there you can see wheather all object authorization is there in your profile or not.

Thanks for your email.

I checked with the Basis Admin, the user has authorisation to the T-code QM01, when I tried in the production System I can create the Notification from the option in the QA11 screen but these options are grayed out in the users screen, Is there is any other option available to solve this issue.

check wether you have the authorization to process the notofications.

and check with your BASIS team.
