Documents and attachments in Shopping cart.

Hi All,

When i try to attach a document in bbpsc02 under the tab 'Documents & Attachment' it is asking for User ID & Password. We are on SRM 5.0 [sp11] integrated with Enterprise Portal. This happens in bbpsc01 and bbpsc03 also.

Pls suggest me if you have any solution.

Harsha,

Verify your SSO settings.

Make sure SSO2 u2013 Single Sign-On RFC Destination = NONE is selected

Check the SSO setting from RZ11

parameter login/accept_sso2_ticket set to 1

parameter login/create_sso2_ticket set to 1

Also

from SE80 check service parameters for GLOBAL

~COOKIES = 1

~CLIENTCERT =1

Even with these settings you mentioned, I still get a login prompt when attaching a document to the shopping cart.

The solution to this was found in OSS note 1299574. I decided to use the option of disabling the java applet. As described in the attached word document in the note. Users are no longer prompted for a username and password when attaching documents to the shopping carts.

I have the exact same issue, and was just wondering if anyone found a resolution for this? It seems to only happen for us when launching bbpstart from the enterprise portal. Which all of our SRM user go through the enterprise portal. Even happens using the SRM - BP that calls the IAC "BBPSC02" from the enterprise portal.

It might be related to

1. Authorisation Issue

2. ITS server issue

Please try now again and check whether you are gettign the same error

check the RFC destination and the assigned user's authorization.
