ABAP runtime error SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED

Hi

Newly i have installed SAP4.oB on NT4 SP 6, Oracle 8.0.6 installation went fine.

when try to login with DDIC, SAP* am able to login but when i create a user and try to login with that User , i am getting error

DEV: Sap system Message

work process restarted , session terminated try reconnect.

if i click no it's terminating , in ST22 there are short dumps are generating, ABAP runtime errors SYSTEM_CORE_DUMPED

there is no core file in work directory

what could be the reason please help me

hi gopal rao

it is common error.it is kernel error.i think if u upgrade the kernel,oracle it will slove.this is not dangerous error

HI Vasu,

as per your replay i download the kernel and i am trying to uncar it am unable to uncar them

when i try sapcar -xvf file name

E:\kernel>sapcar -xvf BRARCHIVE.CAR

The name specified is not recognized as an

internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

and there is no sapcar.exe in run folder.

what should i do then , and i said that upgrade kernel, oracle , now do i need to upgrade oracle , if so , then i need upgrade the oracle patch or oracle ?? please help me ASAP

find where SAPCAR.exe is located and use the path to it.
