we have configured automatic alert on change of status of service desk message . we are using the smart form CRM_REMINDER_MAIL_01 for mail alert display .

But what we need is instead of sending it as an attachment we want to display those information as inline in the mail .

Also how to add the URL of the service desk message to access it via HTTP in that message .

Tx: SCOT -> SMTP Node -> Supported Address Types -> Internet -> SApScript / SmartForms (set to TXT for instance).

Hi,

Please refere OSS notes 455140. There could be some settings for sending smartform output as attachment.
