Archiving PO Forms

Hi,

Could you please let us know the settings and steps for the Purchase Order Print preview archiving?

We have activated the "Print and Archiving" button already.

What are the settings/steps to be followed before and after pressing this Print and Archive button in the print preview screen of PO.

Any help will be appreciated.
