OFFICE USER in ops6

Hi,

I have created in Applicant name in OPS7 but i try to create responsible person in ops6 once enter name in OFFICE USER, i am receiving error message as SAPoffice user <GORALA01> does not exist Message no. SO201.

Could you please help us to solve the issue.

You may also have to get that user to start the SAP Office transaction even if you enter a correct SAP User ID. Not sure what release you are on, but when someone starts SAPOffice, it also seems to create an Office view of their user ID in the background.

You have to maintain SAP user id over there then it will work.

that field is for SAP user id, not the real name

set the person as an SAP user and then enter the SAP user id in that field
