SAP Solution Manager Installation Error

Dear experts,

i'm installing a SAP Solution Manager 7.0 on Windows 2003 Server 64 bits with SQL. After installing the JDK + SQL, executing sapinst.exe has been successfully installed. But i have had a message error of "SelfExctractor error"

ianxsysex.c:119: can't unlik sapinst_exe.4044.1225706452/JAR/inqmyxml.jar: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

When i execue SAP Management console, all processes started successfully (all in green).

Will the error message impact on my Solution Manager use?

Those errors most likely happen when a virusscanner is installed and is locking the file.
