Hi
We use web diaptcher.
When the request to SAP system is sent to web dispatcher,
does web dispatcher create a new http request(POST), or only translate the request to SAP system?

Only translates.
In certain cases it can inject a tag into the HTTP request header, but it will not modify a content part of the HTTP(S) request.
