not able to acces SLD

Hi

while im trying to access sld through http://abcd:5xx00/irj/portal im getting an error which says

503 service unavailable

j2ee 7.0

application cannot be started

com.sapengineservice deploy.container.exeptioninfo: naming error

to tried to logon to administrator there i can login but cannot see any portal document

neither i can logon to visual admin tool

i tried to check whether sld is working through SLDCHECK it displays an error

connection to sld is not available (red colour)

plz help to solve this i really stuck with this

Check in transaction SXMB_ADM

Integration Engine Configuration -> Specific Configuration -> IS_URL is properly maintained.
