Retriving original application file from sap db

I had one original application file bmap, and i need to send that one into smart forms. But exactly where the file is storing and how i can recognize. If any body knows share it.

Either You can use below reports:

DMS_KPRO_READ -this one will give You all needed info about original file,

DMS_RELOCATE_CONTENT - that one might be useful as You can change storage category in one click

If the file has been checked in, double clicking the storage category in the DIR view will inform you whether the file has been stored in the SAP DMS or in content manager repository. Once you find that, you can decide to use either DMS/KPRO function modules in your form.
