http://hostname:port , timeout error.

Hello Team,

We are have As java system( 640) installed on maxdb database.

Url: http://hostname:50000 is not working. System is up and running with all processes.

Url was working before but now goes till error 500 HTTP reason: timeout .

Log area is only 6 % used.there is no error in dev_server0 file.

increasing time out parameter may not work and urls are working before and after log time I get an error.

Any thougts please.

Hi,

Check whether your java is up and running or not?

Also check the server0.log file.

check std_dispatcher.out and std_server0.out for errors.

No there are no errors in these file.

After log time urls give below message:

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

Select Automatically detect settings, and then click OK.

Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.

If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.

Click the Back button to try another link.
