WBS Settlement

Hi All...

I Created a project with two WBS element.

While Closing the project, i closed all the Activities in the network, but when i try to close the wbs element, i got these error message

WBS B/XXXX/XX : WiP in Financial Accounting is still to be cleared/settled

Balance of WBS B/XXXX/XX is not zero

There is still WIP for WBS B/XXXX/XX

I run cj88, no cost is captured or posted

Already i have posted.... can any one guide me, how to find out, where i left the settlement...

Hi

You can not close the project if there are committments/actuals on it. Check CJI3 for actuals and committments with CJI5, orelse S_ALR_87013533.

Clear actual cost/revenue and commitments first.

I mean other than CJ88, KKAJ

Is there any place to clear from FICO relavent

Hi

If it direct FI posting, reverse the doc. FB08. In case of manual reposting KB14N..... The documents reversal will depend on how it is posted....

Better settle the project through CJ88 to a valid receiver..

I am closing this issue. Since it was solved. Did Final Billing to close the project.
