Account not created in

Experts,

I am getting two errors. Its happening with different G/L accounts.

1.G/L Accountxxxxx not created in: I checked the configuration in EBP and for product category and G/L account I could find an entry for this G/L account here. If I have to check in R/3 side how do I check whether that is been created or not.

2. Account xxxxx requires an assignment to a CO object. May I know the customizing points that I have to check.

Thank you,

Manyam

Sounds like backend system.

In R3:

Display GL - FS03

Display CC - KS03

CC/Plant/GL - OKB9

Account xxxxx requires an assignment to a CO object is most likely a missing entry in OKB9. Probably the location (plant) does not have a CC/Plant/GL mapping in OKB9.

Hope was helpful.

Thanks,

Justin

Hi,

Thank you. I checked the but it reads Default account assignment. There is any other area I should look into for this error.

Thank you,

When we encountered this error it was missing entries in OKB9.

I still think thats what it is based on my experience but please dont let me discourage you from researching other areas.

Wish I could of been of more help.

Thanks,

Justin

Hey Manyam,

I am facing exactly the same problem which has been listed in your thread.

Could you please guide me through?

Thanks and best regards,

Hi,

In R3,

1. You need to change Field Status Group to G004 for that GL account.

2. You need to create a Primary Cost Element for that GL account. When you create Primary Cost Element, you either assign a cost center under Default Acct Assignmt or go to OKB9 and add an entry there.

Hope this help,

Wen
