Billing Period in BI

We have a ODS from where we have developed a query. The query contains, Billing qty , INv Gross value and Net Value along with Billing Date.

We want to introduce a column Period ie. Billing date 1 to 10 as Period I, 20 to 30 as Period II. In the ODS we have only column Bill date. With this how to create a period in the query.

You will have to give the logic as Date 1-10 as period 1

11-20 as 2 & 21-31 as 3,
