Go to T.code 0VLK and select your delivery document type.

over there you can see one option which say automatic packing.

make a tick on that or activate by clicking it.

then try to create delivery and see whether it suggesting any automatic packing or not

There is no particular T-code for Packing Instructions

Packing With Packing Instructions

Packing with packing instructions enables you to automate the packing process.

The system uses specific criteria to determine packing proposals, which the shipping clerk/warehouse personnel can use to pack the goods according to customer and shipping requirements and simultaneously reproduce the resulting handling unit in the system with ease.

Packing with packing instructions is based on the condition technique, which the system uses to determine the appropriate packing instructions.

In this step, you set packing instruction determination. You also define number ranges and inspection profiles for packing instructions.

Hi ,

In the delivery type contol data u can find the automatic packing button . U can click on that , packing will generate automatically.

Go to OVLK

Select ur delivery type, in that u can click on Automatic packing button.

u want packaging procudure deatails .

Actually in sales order u r not finding out the package procedure.

In delivery document (VL02N) u can find it out he pacakging icon in the fouth level 8 th icon ( shift + F6).

I f u assign the packing item to the particular item then only u cann do that process.

Further clarification revert back me

hi,

First u can create the package material in MMV1 .

Path: SAP MENU --logistics ---SD -Master dataproducts---packaging material

After that u can go MM02 nd changes in basic data 1 u can changethe general item group (TRMP)

After that U cann go sales organization data 2 u can change item category grop (TRMP).

u can do all the settings u can solve it.

both of them was same .item category groups ony.u can us e either VERP or TRMP.
