How to close Open Outbound Deliveries

please could u tell me how to close Open Outbound Deliveries?

Ramesh,

the best option for you to close an 'Open' outbound delivery which I presume 'No Post goods issue' perform is as follows;

1. Delete the delivery.

2. Next goto the sales order line item and block the line item.

by doing this it will not appear under demand management.

Hi Ramesh

Either you bill the delivery after completing picking , packing etc and posting goods issue, then the delivery will be completed.

OR

Delete the Delivery. Go to VL02N, from the Menu bar > outbound delivery > delete.
