Integrating R/3 with SonicMQ using XI

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario as below

R/3 (Posting orders (IDocs))--->SAP BC--->Adaptris---->Sonic MQ

Sonic MQ ( confirmation messages, invoice message)--->Adaptris---> SAP BC--->R/3 (ORDRSP and INVOIC)

We are now looking to implement XI, so please suggest on how to implement the above scenario with some examples.

Hi Mk,

u can use the JMS Adapter for receiving channel, Sonic MQ series is supported for JMS.

You will need to use the JMS adapter of XI. Get the required Drivers deployed and then you should be ready to roll.

Do we still have to use the Adaptris after implementing XI in the scenario.

Am not much of a BC expert, but the answer is no.

You can use the JMS adapter of XI directly to talk to SonicMQ.
