Installation Solution Manager 7.0

Hi,

I would like to install NW 7.01 on 2003 server STD Ed X86_64 bit. On MasterInst DVD, path SAP System-> MaxDB-> Central system installation-> ABAP + Java and other is not to be found to the Solution manager 7.0.

Search of several hours on all available SAP pages also remained without success.

Has somebody had a similar problem and can help me?

Hello, are you really have 2003 server STD Ed X86_64 bit ?

Go to cmd and execute "systeminfo" are you have 64 bit system. You can install it on 64 bit system, for example if you download the DVD as Mr. Ashok Dalai say "SOLMAN 7.0 Installation Master Windows Server on IA32 32bit " you can't be able to install solman ...

Hi Johann Pandza,

I think you are using the wrong installation master to install solution manager.Download the installation master of solution manager and start the installation.

Installations and Upgrades ->Entry by Application Group -> SAP Technology Components ->SAP SOLUTION MANAGER->SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.0

and there you take the installation master.

Example - For windows and oracle the installation master will be below

51033517_11 ->SOLMAN 7.0 Installation Master Windows Server on IA32 32bit

I also gone tru my Solman, it was not available NW7.1 in the list.

Better you can raise the OSS message to SAP to resolve the issue.
