Locking a 'value' (Allowed values) in a characteristic (CT04)

Hi,

We have multiple 'Allowed values' for a characteristic 'X' in CT04.

Our requirement is to lock one or more than one values in 'Values' tab of CT04.

Please let us know the steps for locking some values in a characteristic.

Dear Rehan

Never tried but you can try.

Go to CT05, input the Characteristic and click on "Values" tab. Now you have the option to choose

- Single value

- Multiple values

under tab "Value assignment".

Choose Single value and save the characteristic and post the outcome.

Thank you very much for your prompt response.

Please note that CT05 is create transaction. We are trying to chnage already entered charecteristic.

I have checked the config in CT04 (change charecteristic) and found that radio button 'single value' in value assignment tab is already ticked.

In 'values' tab in CT04, we have multiple 'allowed values', we want to restrict the users from using some of the values.
