Messages stuck in inbound queue by status tRFC/qRFC:execute LUW again

Hi,

Messages stuck in Inbound queue (XBQ0).

The status of the queue showing in SMQ2 "RETRY", and upon clicking the "RETRY" message it says "Command to tRFC/qRFC:execute LUW again".

These messages are coming from R/3 to XI and before going to IP these all are stuck in this queue.

I have tried all the below following options but still no luck :

1)configured the IS to allow the QRF_RESTART_ALLOWED to 1.

2)SXMB_ADM->Manage Queues and Deregister the Queue. Then in SMQ2 try to activate the queues.

3)checked in SM59->TCP/IP connections ->AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER and the connection is fine.

but still problem persist and the messages are increasing in the queue.

I would really appreciate if anybody throw some light on the same.

Thanks in Advance..

Cheers,

Hidayat.

Hi Karthik & Parvathi,

I did check all those options, but problem still persist, so i posted in SDN for any new ideas. nevertheless now the problem is solved by deleting the WF_BATCH.

Thanks everyone for your time.

1. check whether your queue's are registered.

Tcode :

SMQR Registration of Inbound Queue

SMQS Registration of Destinations

If not register it and try processing it again.

2. Try locking the queue and unlock it . or re-activate the queue.

3. you save your LUW so you can process the rest

SMQ2 -> queue -> Edit -> save LUW

you are taking that luw from the queue. Then process other's which are struck there.

once you repair everything you can

always come back to this LUW:

SMQ3 (over there you'll find your saved LUWs)

Hi,

check this SAP note -709140

SAP note for CPIC codes- 63347

As per the CPIC code error, it tells that, CM_RESOURCE_FAILURE_RETRY (as per the SAP note). So I think, it may be because of memory problem.

If problem still persits, Try with restarting the server once.
