System/IBase

Hi,

We can not define any System/IBase in transaction NOTIF_CREATE. There is no System/IBase that can be selected.

How can we define System/IBase?

You can also generate business partner by selecting the system from

IB_GEN transaction

you can confirm the same by checking in tran

IB52 then enter 1 and press enter you can see here the satellites system with their IB no.s

Hi,

I was having a problem too. This message appeared.

"No business partner of type organization for customer number 710343"

I changed RFCs in SMSY as trusted and the problem was solved

DSWP-- Edit-- Initial Data transfer for Ibase.

SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> SAP Solution Manager -> Basic Settings -> SAP Solution Manager System -> Service Desk -> iBase -> Initially Create and Assign the Satellite Systems as iBase Component

We defined a naming convention for the solutions used to initially define the iBase because this solution name will always be the root of the tree shown in transaction IB52, and put all systems into the logical system of this solution (dev, qa and prod).

Thank you for your information. We couldn't find the customizing setting but we have already defined IBase

Transaction DSWP ---> Operation Setup ---> Initial data transfer for IBase

The IBase (SOL_MAN_DATA_REP) is defined succesfully but our problem still persists.

Is there any post installation activities ?

it was the customizing for SolMan 3.20 and it told the same transaction.

Did you create business partners and did you assign business partners to the iBase components (IB52 -> Goto -> Partner?

I also I need to define an ibase but in my spro there isn't this route:
