Reg communication channel monitoring

Hi ,

My file from the source location is getting picked and its not getting deleted from the location.processing mode is set to delete.any one please suggest.

Hi,

Try adding one additional Communication channel, then don't save that one, then reacticate your SWC and it will start working. I think your SWC is not refreshing, so creating a dummy CC will refresh your SWC and then it will start working. and also cross check if processing mode is set to delete.If its not working use Cache refresh.

Check the processing mode again. It should be deleted and if it is not deleted you should be getting error in RWB. File permission can be an issue but this should show up in RWB.

Hi MS..

As my Knowledge whenever the file is successfully picked from source directory once we have chosen the processing mode DELETE. It should be deleted...can u tell me what are the parameters u have choose d...
