How to configure to copy customer group from BOM header item to BOM line it

Hi,

We are creating Sales order by referring to value contract line item.

1. Value contract line is created with Assortment module.

2. Customer group is manually changed in the Value contract.

3. While creating order by referring to Value contract, BOM header material is entered.

4. So, BOM header line item contains the customer group from the value contract.

5. Based on the Variant configuration of the BOM header, BOM is exploded in the Sales order.

6. After the BOM explosion, BOM line items contain customer group from the customer master but not from BOM header line item.

Please let us know the configuration to be done for getting customer group from BOM header to the BOM line items.

Dear Madhuri,

As per the standard the customer group will come from the master data so what is the customer group available in the sub item master data that customer group will come in to the sales order while exploding the BOM.

I don't think you will get the header material customer group to the subitems while creating sales order by configuration.
