Define Web Service System error

Hi, i wan't to create a new Web Service System in VC using Tools - Define Web Service System, the WS was created via R3 -> RFC ->WS, so when i wan to create it, it says "invalid URL", but i've already test the service via Portal - Web Service Navigator - Test, any ideas??

Hi,

Reason for your problem is Proxy settings or some Missing Configurations on Portal side .
