Delivery not splitting BOM

I am getting an issue where a specific item in a sales order is being split and showing the proper components via sales order BOM. Problem is in the delivery we are getting only the parent and expecting the components also. Is there some configuration we have incorrectly setup?

Yes...the relevance for delivery will have that difference. Please try with both the item category groups(ERLA and LUMF) and you can see the difference.

But if same item is being split for delivery in one plant and not other? Where should I be checking for this?

Hi

If your BOM is configured for Main Item level processing(ERLA)...though the BOM explodes and displays the subitems in sales order, they cannot be seen in the delivery, since the subitems are not relevant for delivery and only the main item is relevant for delivery. This can be observed in the configuration of the item categories TAQ and TAE.
