SC Deletion problem

Hi,

I have a problem when deleting the SC from Approver inbox.

Requestor(SC Creator) is deleting the SC before approving the SC by approver. But this SC is not deleting from approver inbox.

please tell me where exactly this problem happened.

hi,

i have checked the issue in my sytsem -> and when the requestor deletes the shopping cart --> it is also removed from the approval inbox.

can you please let me know the following things

1) is the approver able to open the workitem and approve the shopping cart?

2) what do you see in the workflow log --> transaction --> swi6 --> object type --> bus2121 --> enter object key --> and shopping cart number...

3) which SRM release are you working on and the support package.

4) what is the workflow you are using --> is is standard (or) N-step workflow??
