while running print command. saplpd is not coming up.

sp01 shows status as internal error.

1)checked SPAD entries,

2) able to print from os level.

3)checked for availability of spool workprocess.

is there any thing else I need to check for saplpd?

Thanks in Advance for the reply.

Hi Vijay,

First you check the connection of the printer from spad.. and the type ( whether U , F...)

also in sp01 you will be able to see why the print is getting blocked. double click on the error and see what is the error..

Post the error log...
