I have a SALV-Table and need a scrollbar.
If i use the parameter of the application
WDTABLENAVIGATION = SCROLLBAR
i get no scrollbar
what's wrong?

The patch level wasn't the problem. We have patch level 13.
After a few hours the scrollbar was there. I think the server updated the view after a few hours

Kindly check your patch level.. scrollbar parameter works only with patch 13 and above...
I too had the same problem and found that it works onli with patch 13 and above..
