J2EE performence metrics

HI ,

I an very new to SAP NetWeaver . I have SAP CRM,SCM,and BW NetWeaver XI systems. I wanted to check where J2EE metrics are going to stored in to the Sap system.Please let me know whether these

J2EE metrics or logs are stored in any standard tables in SAP .

And also pls let me know how i can check these logfiles in SAP system.

Depending on the version of SAP you are running, some metrics are visible in the NetWeaver Administrator. Have you logged into this?

Please let me know how can i acces the Neckwear administrator ?

is there any sap tables are storing these logs ?

i found RZ20 transaction which is contains the monitor for the log files, but i am unable to check the log files , when i am selecting particular node it is displaying maintaince function off.

Please let me know if you have any information.
