Define /Maintain fields, Configuration Process

Hello to All,

I have a question.Do we have to define and maintain all the fields in the Configuration process, if say standard order"OR" is copied(if no changes are made in the document type), or only in those fields where we make changes.

And what about standard Pricing procedure RVAA01, do we have to define /maintain all the procedure of Configuring which is , Condition tables/condition types and so on .

I hope if you guys clarify this confusion for me.

Once you copy something, all relevant entries gets copied...
