Import stage from dev to cons is taking lot of time

I have place the ESS.SCA files in the cms/inbox folder at OS level.

It is showing those componets in CMS check-in for the track.

But when I import it from deveoplment to consolidaton stage it is taking for ever.Just showing wait sign for long time.

Are there any logs to check to find out wrther there are error is import which is taking so long

Hussain,

even we were facing the same problemm sometime back and our basis team did something(I dont remember exactly) like clearing the database logs etc

you may want to check that option

Glad to know that atleast there is a way to improve the performance of the import in CMS.

I will look into that and update once I find a Solution .

ON new server it takes a bit less time.
