Tranportation Scenario

Dear Gurus,

As you know incase of outbound Shipment when we create a Shipment cost document & transfer it a Purchase Order & Service Entry Sheet will be generated automatically for my Freight/Service Provider.

Now Suppose I have a contract with my Service Provider (Value/Quantity contract).

So how to configure the system to consider this contract when it creates a PO for my Service Provider?

Is it possible in Std. SAP ?? if yes how??

if not Is there any user exits available to incorporate this??

Please help.

Regards,
