Hi Consultants,
I am using solution manager 4.0 SR3,and have configured Service desk .I am getting the message in the solution manager but when i m changing the user status it should generate a mail to the key user which is not happening.I have checked the note Note 691303 ,but the sim file in it for older release.
Can anyone help me regarding this issue.
