Can you pl tell me In excise invoice where is Check box USE LOCAL NUMBER RANGE.

u can maintain in SNUM there u can maintain the object

J_1IEXCLOC and select ur serious group then maintain local no range.

Actually question is both -for domestic & exports no range io smaintained separately.

But while creating excise invoice for exports i want domestic no range to get picked up.

so where is the Check box USE LOCAL NUMBER RANGE

It can be seen at the header level in the detail screen of J1IIN

If you want one number range both for domestic and exports, then dont maintain number range for exports in object type J_1IEXCEXP but maintain for object type J_1IEXCLOC.

So when you generate excise invoice one for domestic and the next one for exports, you can see the continuous serial number.

Hi

The checkbox, Use Local Number Range is in the Header, to the right of "Series Group" above "Time of Removal" field.

Sometimes, this field isn't visible. To see this field, click on the 'Utilisation' icon and hit F3 to return back to the same Screen. You will now see the field, 'Use Local Number Range'
