IS-M: Address screen problem in tx JGA0

Hi everyone,

I 'm crm consultant but my client has some problems with Is-m solution. One of them is with the adress management screen.

I have two different users (employees) and when they execute tx JGA0, see different screens. One of the screens has more fields then the other. At first we thought that was an authorizations issue, but we trace de auth objects with ts01 and both users have the same authorizations for this transaction.

I 'd appreciated your help.

am a uitility consultant.but i could assist u in this issue since cic is common for both fields.

careena i hope one among the 2 must have been assigned a differnt profile or more than 1 profile and pls check if he is accessing the same profile as that of the other employee.

else try removing the screens to both the users and re assign them again..

No yet, I have traced authorization with tx st01 in two differents users, they are equal, we have not find anything.
