Local history problem

In the SAPGUI, if press backspace which will display the history list, One day, the history list is gone, Then i check the setting about that, the setting is ok, the history is on, I don't know what's wrong. Anyone encounter this problem before. How to fix it. Thanks!

Did you delete any files under the sap work dir?

Try to read Note 199527 - Input history for SAP GUI for Windows, do not see it not only for 620, for other versions to...
If it not help's try to check in this users
Sapworkdir folder the *.mdb file, are you see any (at least 1) mdb file? All history are stored here, also check in gui settings if the "Low speed connection" are selected, when history also not works. Regards.
