ChaRM, automatic notification between Requester,SD Employee, Change manager

Hi experts,

I´m trying to configure the automatic notification between Requester, Service Desk employee, Change manager, IT operator and tester in the Workflow on Change Request Management 7.0.

Any sugestion or configuration guide for this?

Christian, thanks for your reply, this note apply to Service Desk, i need any suggestion or note, to configure the automatic notification between actors in ChaRM when the status change (ex. in development, testing, confirm, etc) during the entire workflow.

Check the Note 691303. This is analog to ChaRM.

may be you need also the note 550055 to integrate HR.

Wich transaction type?

Hi Ignacio,

like Nico said, it is the same procedure for ChaRM, you just work on different transaction types / action profiles and definitions.
