When we set up the activity , it was wrongly set up under Capital. Need to change it to settle to expense. I drag - Dropped it to the appropiate WBS in Expense , but the settlement rule did not change.It gives message already distributed.

I think the settlement of the activity is already carried out. In that case reverse the settlement and then try.
